1. Provider / Scope of Application
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to the booking and participation in the 1:1 programmes “Release Your Power”, “Ignite Your Breakthrough”, and “Expand Your Power” (hereinafter referred to as the “Programmes”).
(2) Contractual partner and provider is:

(3) These Terms apply to both consumers (B2C) and business clients (B2B). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB). A business client is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the course of their trade or self-employed professional activity (§ 14 BGB).
2. Scope of Services / Programme Description
(1) The content and scope of each programme result from the respective offer description on the booking page or in the checkout.
(2) The programmes are generally delivered online (e.g. via Zoom). Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and the required technical equipment.
(3) Service delivery may be provided by a team of practitioners. Individual sessions, content, or supportive services may be carried out by qualified team members.

3. Coaching & Energy Work Disclaimer / No Promise of Results
(1) The programmes serve personal development, self-reflection, potential development, and awareness-based work. They do not replace medical, alternative medical, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
(2) No healing promises or specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results are individual and depend significantly on the participant’s engagement, personal responsibility, and implementation.
4. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of the programmes constitutes an invitation to book. A contract is concluded once the Provider confirms the booking or grants access to sessions or programme materials.
(2) If booking via payment or sales platforms (e.g. Stripe or others), their terms apply additionally to payment processing. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the checkout, the Provider remains the contractual partner for the content-related services.
5. Appointments, Programme Duration, Expiry of Sessions
(1) The planned duration of the programmes is 4 / 8 / 12 weeks, respectively.
(2) For planning reliability, the following maximum timeframes apply for using the included sessions:
*Release Your Power: sessions must be completed within 6 weeks from programme start
*Ignite Your Breakthrough: sessions must be completed within 10 weeks from programme start
*Expand Your Power: sessions must be completed within 14 weeks from programme start
(3) Unused sessions expire after the respective timeframe, provided the Provider is not responsible for the non-use.
(4) Appointment cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the session is deemed delivered.
6. Prices & Payment
(1) The prices displayed in the checkout apply (including VAT where applicable).
(2) Payments are processed via the payment methods offered in the checkout, in particular Stripe. The total price is payable either as a one-time payment or according to an agreed installment plan.
(3) In the case of installment payments, the participant commits to paying all agreed installments. In the event of payment default, the Provider may temporarily suspend access to content or appointments until outstanding amounts are settled.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
(2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration must be sent to:

(3) Early start of services (services): If the consumer expressly requests that the Provider begins performing the service before the withdrawal period expires and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires (§ 356
(4) BGB). If the service is only partially performed during the withdrawal period, reasonable compensation must be paid (§ 357 (8) BGB).
8. Cancellation / Withdrawal / Refunds
(1) After programme start (e.g. after the first session or after the provision of personalized content such as individual meditations, journals, or 1:1 onboarding), cancellation is generally excluded, as the service is individually prepared and time-bound.
(2) Before programme start, the Provider may, at their discretion, offer a goodwill solution (e.g. postponement or rebooking), without any legal entitlement.
(3) Mandatory statutory rights (e.g. withdrawal pursuant to Section 7 or withdrawal due to breach of duty) remain unaffected.
9. Confidentiality
(1) Content from 1:1 sessions and related communication is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.
(2) Participants are likewise obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding internal documents, methods, processes, and non-public content.

10. Copyright / Rights of Use
(1) All materials (workbooks, templates, videos, audios, processes, concepts) are protected by copyright and licensed for personal use only.
(2) Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or use for commercial or training purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

11. Liability / Limitation of Liability
(1) The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
(2) In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
(3) No liability is assumed for technical disruptions within the participant’s area of responsibility (e.g. internet connection, hardware, software).
12. Data Protection
The Provider’s Privacy Policy applies in its current version.
13. Final Provisions / Jurisdiction
(1) German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of habitual residence are not deprived.
(2) Place of jurisdiction for merchants/business clients is, to the extent permitted by law, Seevetal, Germany. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
